WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME & COST?

 

The delivery time depends on the delivery adress. Once the payment is confirmed, the delivery takes approximately 2 to 20 working days. WHAT IS THE STANDARD DELIVERY CONDITIONS?

 

The delivery does not include assembly services. The customer must be physically present at the indicated adress. If the customer has not provided a complete or correct delivery adress, he/she accepts to pay the return charges. 

 

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY THE FLOA PRODUCT?

You have 14 days to notify us after receiving it if you want to return your order. Please contact us at [email protected] if you want to return a product. 



  • WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Returned product must be in original condition and in the original packaging, and must be unused and accompanied by the original thefloa.com invoice. 

Merchandise that you purchased from locations other than this site will not be accepted. Returns will only be accepted if returned in 14 days after receiving. 



  • DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING ON THE FLOA RETURNS?

The return shipment cost must be paid by you, and is not covered by The Floa. The items you want to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Damage done while returning / shipping the product to our warehouse is your responsibility. In case you cancel your order and it has already been shipped. The Floa will charge the corresponding management fees. 



  • HOW DO I RETURN DEFECTIVE OR FLAWED PRODUCTS?

If there is something wrong with the product you have received (defective or wrong product), please contact us at [email protected]

When you send us an e-mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as some pictures if there is something wrong with the product. We want all our customers to receive high quality products. Our customer service will examine the damages and offer the best solution



  • WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

The refund will be paid back to the credit card (or method of payment) used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving products at our warehouse.
